Harvesting 
Currently Processing: Beef, Pork, Lamb, and Goat 
Aging: Beef animals hang for a minimum of 14 days. Hogs, Lambs, and Goats will hang for a minimum of 48 hours.
Beef Age: If your beef animal is over 30 months old, all cuts from the loin are required to be boneless.
Packaging: All packaging will include cut name, weight, and RMC logo.  Packaging will also be labeled with NOT FOR SALE.  All products will be vacuum packaged and then packed in boxes.

Book your reservation!
Ranchita Meat Co. is by appointment only. Call or email us to make a reservation. You will want to be sure to reserve well in advance. Custom Processing appointments do fill quickly.

Drop off animal at Ranchita Meat Co. Facility or schedule with a mobile harvest operator to drop off animal carcass. Fill out your cut sheet!
  • You will make an appointment time for any type of drop off.
  • All beef animals purchased with a livestock producer needs brand inspection papers turned into Ranchita Meat Co.
  • Below you will find our cut sheet forms. Please fill out these forms and submit. These must be completed following drop off. For pigs, sheep, and goats this must be completed within 24 hours and for beef within 7 days.

Pick up your product!
The animal will freeze for 24-48 hours after it is processed. At this time you will receive a phone call to schedule a pick up. You are given 4 days to pick up your meat. For each day outside of this you will be charged $5/per box. 

General Charges

Beef Processing :
  • Harvested with Ranchita Meat co.- $325
  • Processing Fee- $2.05/lb. hanging carcass weight
  • 1 lb ground meat pkg.- $.50/lb. total ground meat
  • 2lb ground meat pkg.- no additional charge​​
Pigs Processing :
  • Harvested with Ranchita Meat co.- $175
  • Processing Fee-$2/lb. hanging carcass weight​​​

Sausage
Lamb Processing:
  • Harvested with Ranchita Meat co.- $125
  • Processing Fee-$225 per carcass​

​ Goat Processing :
  • Harvested with Ranchita Meat co.- $100
  • Processing Fee-$200 per carcass
